Only 40 hectares of the best San Giuliano estates in the Alghero area have been dedicated to the production of this Extra Virgin olive oil.

Primér means "the first" in the local dialect, the name chosen by the Manca family for this oil obtained from the first olives harvested, before the onset of the winter mistral winds.

Colour: Intense golden yellow and transparent

Aroma: harmonious and balanced fragrance, with floral and herbaceous notes and fruity hints of apple and banana

Flavour: complex and rich with pleasantly bitter and spicy notes and harmonious and decisive tones of wild cardoon and fresh wild herbs

Suggested uses: Finishing Oil ideal dressing for seafood salads, shellfish au gratin, first courses with vegetables, steamed fish and roast white meat.
