RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Hopefully you are satisfied with your order and our products.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and get in touch with us immediately by telephone or email if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

We have a 7-day return policy to request a return. That is 7 days from the moment you receive the item (s).

For us to accept a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. 

Contact us at info@olivetoimports.com to start your return procedure and if it is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with details on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive the item you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@olivetoimports.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cooling off

The Distance Selling Regulations allow for a cooling off period. This is seven days from the date you receive the goods. During this time you can change your mind and cancel the contract. You will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid without any cancellation charge or other extras. The cost of returning the goods will be payable by the customer and therefore will not be refunded.
